Janine joined RHJ in July of 2002 and served in various roles within Marketing, Trading, and Compliance. In 2009, she assumed responsibility as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). As CCO, she is responsible for oversight and implementation of the compliance program and regulatory requirements for the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Investment Analyst at Callan Associates Inc., responsible for researching and analyzing money management firms for pension fund plan sponsors.

She received a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Additionally, Janine holds the designation of Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional^® (IACCP^®).
